Order Process
Step 1: Inquiry & Concept
☾ Reach out with your idea—DM, form, or email. Include references, vibe, and must-haves.
☾ I’ll confirm if I’m open and if your request aligns with what I offer.Step 2: Quote & Approval
☾ Once your request is reviewed, I’ll send a quote with the details and timeline.
☾ You’ll need to approve it before we proceed. Small changes can be discussed.Step 3: Payment
☾ Payment is upfront, or 50/50 depending on the service.
☾ I accept Paypal, Cashapp, Vanmon. No refunds after work begins.Step 4: Creation Phase
☾ I begin working. WIPs (work-in-progress previews) will be shared at key stages.
☾ Revisions are limited depending on the package—extra changes may have fees.Step 5: Final Delivery
☾ Once approved, you’ll receive the final product in full quality.

Boundaries.

1. No Rushing the Process
⛓ I work on a schedule that respects quality, mental health, and life. Please don’t rush me—if you need a rush order, we can talk before payment.2. No Guilt-Tripping or Lovebombing
⛓ Be kind, not manipulative. If you don’t like something, communicate clearly. We keep it mature and chill here.3. No Stealing, Reposting Without Credit, or Claiming as Your Own
⛓ Once the final is delivered, it’s yours to use within agreed terms. But the art, voice, writing, etc.—that’s still my creation. Credit me.4. No NFT/AI/Commercial Use (Unless Paid For)
⛓ Do not feed my work to AI tools, use it for NFTs, or resell it without explicit permission. Licensing for commercial use must be discussed and paid for.5. No Harassment or Creepy Behavior
⛓ This includes overstepping personal boundaries, being weird in DMs, or pushing romantic/parasocial energy. I’m here to create, not to be consumed.6. I Can Say No, And So Can You
⛓ If something makes either of us uncomfortable, we can walk away. No hard feelings. Consent is mutual and ongoing.7. Respect My Lore & Worldbuilding
⛓ If you're interacting with my characters or VTuber persona, please keep things in-universe. Don't force ships, trauma dump, or blur fiction with reality.

Payment.

🖤 No refunds once I’ve started your piece. Time, energy, and creative magic are already invested.
🖤 Full refunds are only available if I haven’t started your commission yet.
🖤 Partial refunds may be considered only if I’m unable to complete the work for any reason.
🖤 If you ghost, disappear, or violate boundaries during the process, your commission may be cancelled without refund.
🖤 Chargebacks will result in a permanent blacklist and a very disappointed crypt full of cursed cats.Please commission responsibly. If you're unsure, ask questions before paying. I don’t bite… unless provoked.Additional Fees
🖤 Rush Fee – Need it fast? A 25%-50% rush fee will apply for expedited commissions (this includes requests for shorter turnarounds during school weeks or weekends).
🖤 Revisions – Minor tweaks are included, but major revisions after approval will incur an additional fee (around 10%-20% of the original price).
🖤 Detailed Backgrounds – Custom or complex backgrounds will add $10-$30, depending on detail and complexity.
🖤 Commercial Use License – If you intend to use my work for business, merchandise, or promotion, a separate licensing fee will apply. This will be discussed before starting.
🖤 Extra Characters – Each additional character will add $10-$30, depending on complexity and size.
🖤 Weekend Availability – If you request work over the weekend (Friday to Sunday), there may be an extra fee based on my availability, as weekends are my time to recharge. Please ask for more details when ordering.
🖤 School Breaks – During longer school breaks or periods of heavy academic workload, please expect a longer turnaround time. If you need something during these times, a rush fee may be added to account for prioritization of my studies.“I exist in the balance between the living and the academic. Work Process.

Duration
🖤 Standard Turnaround Time:
For most commissions, you can expect a 1-3 week turnaround. This depends on the complexity of the project, my current workload, and your responsiveness.🖤 Rush Orders:
If you need your commission faster, I’ll add a rush fee and prioritize it. The turnaround time for rush orders is typically 3-7 days, depending on the request. Please confirm with me beforehand.🖤 Weekend and Breaks:
I’m a student, so my schedule will shift during weekends or school breaks. During these times, turnaround may be slower depending on workload and academic responsibilities. Please be patient and check in if you need updates.🖤 Communication:
Please be available to respond during the process! Delays in feedback or approvals may extend the overall time for completion. I’ll always keep you updated on progress.🖤 Large or Detailed Projects:

Once I send updates, I’ll need clear and concise feedback. If you want changes, please be specific. Major revisions after the final approval may incur additional fees.🖤 Delays:

Rights.

Personal Use
🖤 What You Can Do:
You are free to display or use your commission for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as:
・ Profile pictures (e.g., Discord, social media)
・ Wallpapers (for personal devices)
・ Gifts to friends or family (non-commercial use)
・ Printing for personal display (e.g., posters, notebooks)🖤 What You Can’t Do:
Unless you’ve purchased a Commercial Use License, you may not:
・ Use the art for merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, prints, stickers for sale)
・ Re-sell the art or claim it as your own
・ Use the art for any business purposes or advertising🖤 Credit:
If you share my artwork on social media or other platforms, please make sure to credit me as the artist. A tag to my socials or a mention of my handle is greatly appreciated.🖤 Modification:
You may not alter or edit my artwork without my consent. This includes cropping, adding filters, or changing the design. If you want any modifications, please let me know before I finish the commission.

🖤 What Is Commercial Use?
Commercial use refers to any situation where the artwork is used to generate income or promote a business. This includes but is not limited to:
・ Merchandise (t-shirts, posters, stickers, etc.)
・ Branding (logos, product labels, advertising)
・ Promotional materials (flyers, banners, ads)
・ Incorporation into games, apps, or other monetized digital platforms
・ Selling digital or physical prints🖤 What You Need to Do:
If you want to use the art commercially, we must discuss a Commercial Use License. This license gives you explicit permission to use the artwork in your business or profit-driven ventures.🖤 Additional Fee:
A commercial use fee will be added to the price, depending on the scope of the use (typically 20%-100% of the original price). This will be discussed and agreed upon before I begin the commission.🖤 Exclusive Rights:
In some cases, if you wish for exclusive, sole ownership of the artwork (no one else can use it commercially), we’ll discuss a higher rate and formal contract for that exclusivity.🖤 Credit:
Even if you purchase a Commercial Use License, credit is still required whenever the artwork is displayed publicly (i.e., on websites, social media, ads, etc.).🖤 Modifications:
With commercial rights, you may request minor modifications to the artwork for your product needs. Major edits or alterations may require additional fees or a new agreement.“Use art to fuel your business dreams—but make sure we agree first.”Editing
🖤 Client Modifications:
You may not alter, edit, or manipulate my artwork without explicit permission. This includes cropping, adding filters, changing colors, or adding new elements (e.g., text or effects).🖤 Requests for Modifications:
If you’d like small edits (e.g., color adjustments, minor tweaks), please discuss them with me before the piece is finalized. I will do my best to accommodate minor changes. If the artwork is already completed, major revisions or edits may incur an additional fee.🖤 Post-Completion Edits:
Once you’ve approved the final version and I’ve delivered the artwork, editing requests will be subject to a fee if it’s more than a simple fix. This includes adjustments to pose, background, or major design changes.🖤 Resale and Reclaiming:
If you’ve purchased the artwork for commercial or personal use, editing or altering for resale purposes is prohibited unless a commercial use license is agreed upon.🖤 Collaborative Edits:
In special cases, such as if you want me to add specific elements to the original artwork (like adding new characters or backgrounds), we can discuss adjustments or a new contract.“Art is sacred, but I understand the need for change. Let’s talk before you make your move.”AI/NFT
🖤 No AI Training or Use:
My artwork cannot be used to train AI models or be incorporated into AI-generated content, including but not limited to art generators, deep learning, or any form of machine learning.🖤 No NFT Minting or Resale:
You may not mint, sell, or use my artwork as part of any NFT (Non-Fungible Token) projects. My work is protected and is not to be involved in any blockchain-based transactions or sales.🖤 Respect for the Creator:
The creative process is personal, and I do not support my work being used in any form that exploits or takes away from its original value—such as through AI systems or speculative digital markets like NFTs.🖤 Consequences:
Any attempt to mint my artwork as an NFT, use it in AI systems, or otherwise exploit my work digitally without permission will result in a permanent blacklist and legal action if necessary.“The soul of my art is not for machines or speculative markets. Please respect the creation.”
